Job Description


The E4D/SOGA – Employment and Skills for Eastern Africa programme is an innovative skills and supplier
development initiative with activities in Uganda, Kenya, Mozambique and Tanzania. Its objective is to
enable women, men and young people to gain employment and economic opportunities in natural
resource-based industries and adjacent sectors. The initiative is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft
fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic
Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the United Kingdom’s Department for International Development
(DFID), the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) and Shell, in close cooperation with
the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (MEMD). The programme performs its activities through
two main pillars, supplier development and skills development. As part of its supplier development strategy.
E4D/SOGA has commissioned the E360 Group Ltd to implement a Bid Management and Coaching project
for local enterprises.

About E360

E360 Group Limited is a leading training and consultancy company that provides integrated solutions to
build local capability and readiness for oil production in developing markets by providing training and
development of required and specialized skills in Oil and Gas. We offer specialized Quality, Health, Safety
and Environment (QHSE) solutions, Bid Management Services, Training Solutions and Project Management


This project is targeted towards 40 beneficiary local companies who will nominate 2 employees each to
attend an intensive bid management training to master various aspects of bidding lifecycle, understand
bidding processes/requirements, bidding strategies and gain the knowledge required to become highly
competent bid/proposal professionals. The project also has a coaching/mentorship component that will
provide delegates with the much-needed practical skills to strengthen the knowledge gained. The main
objective of the Bid Management Training and Coaching Project is to build the capacity of local companies
to enable them successfully participate in tendering opportunities.

To Apply:

E360 Group Ltd invites applications from interested Ugandan companies to participate in this project.
Interested companies should log onto our website at and apply by filling in the
required details. Submission deadline is December 15th, 2017. Only online applications will be accepted.
Multiple applications from the same company will lead to disqualification. All the project selection criteria
can be found on the online application form. Selected companies will be informed by email no later than
January 5th, 2018.
