| About this Job: | The Dutch Consortium for Rehabilitation (DCR) Pamoja programme in Uganda is being implemented by Save the Children and ZOA Uganda. The programme covers Amuru, Nwoya, Pader/Agago, Amudat/Nakapiripirit districts. DCR is a 5 year programme, focusing on livelihood & food security, health (Integrated Community Case Management of childhood illnesses), education (formal and non- formal), community governance and sectoral systems strengthening. Save the Children as the lead member, seeks to fill the following vacant position and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced nationals. Program Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) Specialist (1 position) Duty Station; Gulu with regular travel to the Eastern and Northern parts of the country The Program Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will work under the direct control and supervision of the DCR Consortium Manager in Kampala. The job holder will oversee the DCR program monitoring and evaluation and provide M&E technical Assistance to other DCR staff and partners in the implementation of M&E plans. He/she will also ensure that information reporting systems fulfil the needs of the DCR members to maximize quality programming and ongoing learning. |
