CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT A SURVEY ON CUSTOMER SATISfACTION & BRAND PERFORMANCE
Centenary Bank is a leading commercial Bank serving over 1.4 million customers with services that can be accessed across our 69 branches and 160 ATMs networked comtry wide. The bank intends to engage the services of an experienced and professional consultant to conduct a survey on customer satisfaction and brand performance on its behalf.
Overview of the assignment
Starting in 2007, the Bank has been implementing an aggressive branding project with the overall goal of strengthening its brand position in the market place. This project has culminated into a rich brand equity which the Bank desires to ascertain performance in terms of delivering the brand promise. The feet that the level of customer satisfaction has a direct impact on the brand, the Bank desires to ascertain the brand performance together with the level of customer satisfaction.
A complete set of Proposal documents in English can be purchased at a non-refund able fee of Ugx 50,000/= payable to the Bank’s Corporate Services Division located on 7th Floor
Mapeera House. Please note that without proof of payment, no Bid documents shall be issued neither received on submission.
Clearly labeled and sealed bids marked “Request for Proposals for consultancy services to conduct a survey on customer satisfaction and brand performance” must be delivered by hand and registered at the Corporate Service Division (Procurement Unit) to the address below on or by Tuesday 4th October, 2016 by 10:30am. Thereafter, there will be a public bid opening on the same day at 11:00am at Mapeera House 3″1 Floor in the Boardroom in the presence of the bidders and or their representatives who choose to attend.
